Oprah’s Leave from Weight Watchers

After the announcement that Oprah will be stepping down from the board from Weight Watchers in which she is the face of the company, the company stock price has decreased 20% after the announcement, and that Oprah will not be there for the meeting that takes place in May.

Not only that, but Oprah has also came out to say that she’s been using medications that regulate her weight but hasn’t mentioned which medications she’s been using, which could also be a factor to Weight Watchers share price.

Russia’s Threat to the West

Vladimir Putin the leader of Russia has stated that if the West were to intervene in the invasion of Ukraine, Russia will launch an all out nuclear war with the West and other countries involved with NATO which will be a huge catastrophe and would possibly be a World War III in this scenario.

This message from Putin seems to be towards the French president Emmanuel Macron where Macron was thinking of a possibility of sending troops to Ukraine in helping them overcome the invasion from Russia and that “it shouldn’t be ruled out.”

If this were to happen it might cause huge global economic disaster as we use up resources to fight against Russia, not only Russia but other countries that have an alliance with them like China and North Korea. Considering that Russia already has one of the best armies in the world, so does China. The combined efforts of both armies to an all out war with the world would prove catastrophic and make the world burn down, sadly.

Texas Wildfire is Deemed the State’s Worse Wildfire in History

People are calling it the “Smokehouse Creek Fire” and it’s considered the worse wildfire in history for Texas and 2nd worse for the entire country. The wildfire has burned about 1 million acres of land in Texas and one person has died because of this, while many homes and ranches were destroyed and also leaving many without power.

Due to weather, air quality will be worse during the weekend and also thousands of cattle will surely die because of this disaster one official has stated.

In an economic standpoint, this will make the demand for meat go higher as the quantity of cattle will go a lot lower due to a natural disaster, thus making meat more scarce locally.
