Elon’s Beef with Sam Altman
Elon is suing CEO Sam Altman and president Greg Brockman for violating the agreement with the A.I technology, where it’s not supposed to be a profit generating machine but in fact to benefit all of humanity.
With the start of OpenAI in 2015, Musk and the other co-founders has agreed to make the software to be open source where everyone can use the software without paying a dime, and that will benefit everyone using it. Whether it would be asking a simple few questions about the universe, or ideas about cooking meals, to almost anything else that you can think of. Which is almost essentially a new way to google things but with a bot telling you an exact answer to your question.
Then in 2018, Elon made the decision to leave the so called “non-profit” because he didn’t like the direction of where the company was going. Musk even alleges to say that he put money into the company that’s about $44 million.
Now that OpenAI that’s worth $80 billion, and continually to keep rising with new investors like Microsoft by buying 49% of the company and had invested about $13 billion.
For a big company like Open AI it would make sense to profit from the software as there will be copycats eventually and then they’ll make a business model out of the A.I model. So why not OpenAI? If OpenAI doesn’t profit from its software surely someone else will and they’ll be billlionaires or quite possibly trillionaires.
Who knows that if the court will be in favor for Elon or Altman but whichever may be they’ll always be someone profitable in the A.I space.
I would like to give a shout-out to a small time business that’s killing it right now and that is Lunari Home. They sell a bunch of crystals from small to big and they price their crystals pretty fairly considering the current market conditions.
Rei who works over at Lunari Home has mentioned to me that generally the price of these crystals will go up in value over time so any one of your purchases will most likely go up and worth your investment. As the beautifully crafted rocks are getting more scarce the price of these rocks will surely increase.

A New Discovery in Minnesota
We have just found a huge deposit of liquid helium just 2,000 feet under the surface of Minnesota’s Iron Range. In the U.S, they have been stressing the fact that they have depleted their resources of helium and finally, they get to have more! It has been said that we may have a deposit of about 12.4% in the area which is an exciting find.
Helium is not only for making your voice squeaky or to fill up balloons and see how cool that they float. But it’s also used in the medical industry for MRI machines. They would need thousand of gallons of liquid helium to cool the magnets that make the images that detect cancer, heart conditions, and the tearing of the ligaments.
There have been some speculation on whether we will be using up the world’s reserve of helium in 10 years from 2019. Then there were others that have came out and said that it will run out until 100 years from now.
Hopefully, with the advancement of technology in medicine we won’t have to resort to helium for MRI screenings and find other alternatives, it’s just a matter of time. Or we will have alternative methods of MRIs like CAT scans or an entirely new machine altogether.
Or perhaps we could potentially come up with the technology to create new elements out of thin air like helium and then we won’t have to worry about the shortage of helium. Not only that, but we could also produce other things on the periodic table like copper or gold for mass production of machines and technology and wouldn’t have pay a premium for gold as gold right now is quite expensive.
Walgreens and CVS Soon to Launch Abortion Pills
In as early as next week you will be able to file for a prescription for abortion pills at the two biggest pharmaceutical companies in America, Walgreens and CVS.
On March 1, 2024 the two companies has announce that they got the greenlight to to sell Mifepristine which is the first pill in a two step regimen to eliminate pregnancy.
Walgreens has stated that they will provide the medication as early as next week in the state where it’s legal for abortion. Locations including New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, California, and Illinois. Neither CVS or Walgreens will make an order through postal mail.
Before the new change from the FDA, there were a few ways to access the Mifepristine such as a specialized clinician. But now it’s way more accessible for almost anyone and can be bought like any other medication.
As of now medical abortions is the most common for eliminating pregnancies, and will only keep going up from there rather than the on site physical removal of the fetus. Since this is the most common way to remove pregnancies, it will be an ever booming industry for contraceptive and abortion medicines where we will see a rise of sales due to the newer generation and the lack of interest of having children.
This a great revenue stream for the healthcare industry where many women are prone to get pregnant and will still be an industry for this business as every generation will be more likely to have pregnancies and will likely not go away anytime soon.
