A Drink for Head Bangers

“Liquid Death” a drink that’s a water beverage for heavy metal and punk enthusiasts and it’s supposed to make you look tough by drinking something plain as water with a cool looking label.

Right now. the company’s current valuation is worth $1.4 billion because they got fresh new investors from actor Josh Brolin, NFL player DeAndre Hopkins, and entertainment group Live Nation. Essentially Liquid Death has doubled their valuation from $700 million since 2022.

Their expected growth for the company is 25% all the way through 2026.

As we grow as a society, we tend to go in the direction of healthier alternatives and vegan options. As more and more metal and punk fanatics are going in the direction of healthier alternatives they are out there rocking out to their favorite music, drinking hardcore water that looks like its can is made for drinking battery acid. But at least it’s healthy.

As Liquid Death is growing so quickly as a company, they also unveiled a new line of products as a subsidiary product. Which is their new iced-tea beverage named “Dead Billionaire”. That’s a rad name, imagine your friends asking what you’re drinking and then you say Dead Billionaire, that would make you sound meta which would be the point.

Biden Taxing the Wealthy

Biden is proposing this $7.3 trillion plan where he would tax more on security spending on the south border of America and also tax a lot more on profitable corporations. This plan is projected to erase the deficit by $3 trillion in the next 10 years.

The White House has stated that “cracking down on fraud, cutting wasteful spending, and making the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share” would reduce the deficit.

If this new budget in question does get approved, then they will have government spending on Homeland Security where they deal with Mexican Cartels and Fentanyl dealers. And also fund more social programs like Medicare and Social Security. In the 2025 budget it would appear that they would be spending about 6.2% more than the current budget for Social Security.

It’s awesome to see that the president of America is continuously doing great things for the country like tackling social problems and financial burdens, it’s all just a matter of approving the budget whether or not these problems will get solved. It wouldn’t surprise me if Biden got reelected again because of these social programs that he’s supporting. Like the student debt relief was actually a huge relief for many folks of the country.

Wait, You Saw a Streaker at the Oscars?

Other than John Cena making a naked appearance for the category best costume design, you might say that Cena had a wardrobe malfunction, maybe?

Oppenheimer took the award for best picture and Christopher Nolan for this said movie, has also took the title for best director. Normally independent movies always nab the title for best picture, Oppenheimer finally took the title as the movie was a commercial success with about $1 billion at the box office. Now Oppenheimer is the highest grossing best picture film since 2003’s The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.

Ryan Gosling made a performance at the establishment with his song from the Barbie movie, “I’m just Ken”, then Billie Eilish’s “What Was I Made For?”

Godzilla finally won an award from it’s 70-year franchise for best visual effects and also another award for best monster accessories.

Did you know that: the nominees who didn’t win the Oscars left the place with goodie bags that’s worth up to $180,000 including stay-ins at resorts in Switzerland and St. Barts worth tens of thousands of dollars.

Looks like everyone is a winner and nobody gets left disappointed, because if you’re the winner you get a trophy and a salary bump in your next film that’s roughly 20% increase from your last gig, and also get more role availabilities as you are more known. And the ones that don’t get anything at the awards you actually get a goodie bag so that’s very thoughtful for the people who are hosting the Oscars.
